DESCENT short film released in entirety!

From Producer Erik Yeager:

Exactly one year ago today, 120 friends—including many of you—kindly supported David DelaGardelle’s and my endeavor to bring The Narrow Road to the world as an illustrated novel. (Don’t have a copy? It’s not too late! https://narrowroadmovie.com/the-novel/)

In celebration of that success, I’m releasing my short film, Descent, to the public for the first time! Descent was created last year in one week for a 168-hour film competition. Our goal was to create a fantasy story with the same look and feel that we’re determined to achieve with The Narrow Road movie, which we also demonstrated in our 2013 Kickstarter-funded Test Scene. It was a difficult task within the confines of a speed filmmaking competition, but I’m very happy with what my team was able to achieve.

I hope you enjoy the film!

2013 168 Film Competition

The Narrow Road team is excited to announce that we’ll be competing in this year’s 168 film competition for a grand prize of up to $1 Million for the production of a feature-length film!

The Narrow Road writer and producer, Erik Yeager, will be producing and co-writing the short script with top-rated script doctor, Howard Allen.  Erik will also be directing.

Anthony Tyler Quinn is confirmed in a yet-to-be-determined leading role, and the Narrow Road team is excited for this opportunity to re-unite for our first group project since the Narrow Road Test Scene.

As always, you can support us by making a tax-deductible donation to The Narrow Road through our 501(c)(3) non-profit sponsor, Filmmakers Collaborative, Inc.  Your support is appreciated and will go a long way toward helping us ensure the strongest entry possible and the best chance at winning the Grand Prize!

We’ll keep you posted on our 168 project entry here on the Narrow Road website.  Please check in regularly for the latest.

We’re still at it!

In order to continue to show our fans that the Narrow Road team is capable of high-quality productions on shoestring budgets, Erik Yeager teamed up with the Narrow Road visual effects team, Duality Filmworks, to produce an entry for the 168 Hour Film Project in L.A.

Our short film, PAYDAY, screens tomorrow (Friday) night and tickets are still available.  In spite of significant challenges, our team was able to come together and complete a touching story that we can’t wait to share with our fans.

We’ll be posting at least a portion of the film online, soon, so stay tuned.

Special thanks to Executive Producer, Robyn Maria Hamlin, and our other generous contributors!
